ERIN + VAUGHAN


Oh my gosh, I'm SO obsessed with this vineyard engagement session with Erin and Vaughan in the incredibly beautiful Napa Valley, California! Erin and Vaughan are getting married THIS WEEK at The MacArthur Place Hotel in Sonoma, California and I'm SO STOKED to celebrate with them and capture their wedding day. Last month they came out to wine country all the way from their home in Atlanta, Georgia to do some tastings at The MacArthur Place and do some other various, fun wedding activities and we got to do an engagement session together!


If you've done a session with me, you'll know that I send a detailed location guide with spots around wine country and the Bay Area to help you choose a location for your engagement session. Erin and Vaughan chose the first spot and then gave me the reigns for the second half of the shoot. My dear friend, Kaci, let me use her house and vineyard for their shoot and it DID NOT disappoint! The views of the hills and vineyards are incredible. And that sunset... ugh, so dang beautiful.


We started the session off with tequila shots - the best way to start a shoot, am I right? We took some photos in this beautiful tree tunnel before heading to my friend's house with the vineyard and it was so pretty! We had so much fun running around in the vineyards and we ended the session with a glass of wine on the deck above the vineyards and watched the sun go down. It was literally the perfect evening. I can't wait to celebrate these two getting married this weekend - stay tuned!!!
