Wedding at Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, California

When Sara and Yash reached out to me and told me about their small wedding at Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, California (or "Gun Bun" haha), I was so excited because they seemed like so much fun and the venue looked absolutely beautiful! I had heard of this winery before because it's right next to Scribe Winery off of Napa Road in Sonoma and I was stoked to finally get the opportunity to check it out.

We did a walkthrough of Gundlach Bundschu about a month before their wedding to get my opinions and insights on where and what direction the ceremony space should be set up and whatnot. When we did the walkthrough, I was so excited and couldn't wait for their big day because I knew it was going to be gorgeous with the vineyards in full bloom and the sun setting over the reception space. I could tell it was going to be a blast and that they just have so much love for each other and want to celebrate.

Sara got ready in the house on the Gun Bun property and the ceremony was to the left of the house on the lawn overlooking the vineyards. They did a first look to ease their nerves and Yash's reaction to how beautiful Sara looked was so adorable. I just adore both of them so much. After the first look, we took a few photos before the ceremony.

One thing that I'm seeing become more of a trend and having guests use bubble guns to blow bubbles after the first kiss and as the couple walks back down the aisle. Sara and Yash did this and it was so much fun and the guests had a blast with it! After the ceremony, everyone gathered in front of the house for one big group champagne toast and group photo with all the loved ones who could make it.

During cocktail hour, everyone enjoyed gelato provided by the SF Gelateria and charcuterie. For dinner, they had one long table right next to the vineyard and it was such an amazing view. I'm so honored to have been able to be there to capture all of these memories for Sara and Yash so they can share all these moments with family and friends back in India who couldn't make it to the wedding.
