TIM + YAZMEEN

Alright, I've been to Bodega Bay a million times and had NO IDEA there was a beautiful wedding venue tucked away there!!! It's called The Secret Gardens and you all need to get married there and hire me as your wedding photographer because it's freaking BEAUTIFUL.

I was the second photographer for this wedding for David N Sachs Photography and it was soooo much fun! We started the day at an Airbnb near Doran Beach and let me tell you.. pro tip: get an airbnb to get ready in. It's super cost-efficient and so dang cute! The ladies hung out upstairs and the guys got to kick it downstairs with the pool table. Every one was vibin' and having a great time trying to distract themselves from those pre-ceremony jitters.

As the second photographer, I got to hang out with the guys for the day! For group photos, we drove out to the Bodega Dunes Campground and we had so much fun! The guys even came up with some funny poses on their own (seriously, check them out below, you will NOT regret it hahaha).

After pictures with the guys, we drove to the venue. It's tucked away down on a street I always assumed was a residential street. Once we walked in, my jaw DROPPED. Like I said before, The Secret Gardens is soooo beautiful. Do I need to say it louder of the people in the back?? THE SECRET GARDENS IN BODEGA BAY IS SO DANG PRETTY. The alter and the guests were separated by this cute little stream and there was so much greenery (you know that's my jam). There's a cute little treehouse too! The reception and cocktail space were also to die for. Seriously, I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue.

The ceremony was so beautiful and cocktail hour was an absolute blast! But let's get to my favorite part of the day...

The very last song of the night was "We Are Young." Typically, I would say that this isn't really a song that I would recommend to play at a wedding reception because you can't really dance to it BUT LET ME TELL YOU HOW BEAUTIFUL IT WAS. Everyone was on the dance floor, Tim and Yazmeen's friends were holding them up on their shoulders, everyone was singing and it was truly the best freaking end to a wedding I've ever experienced.
