Boho Desert Elopement + Picnic in Arizona

Okay, first of all Mercy and Isaac are literally the cutest couple ever - they had the biggest, cheesiest smiles on their faces ALL DAY. It was so obvious how in love they are and it was just so dang cute and it was truly an honor to get to be a part of their day and capture all of these memories for them!

I was so excited for their desert elopement, located just outside of Mesa, Arizona. I just knew it was going to be absolutely beautiful but yo gurl Mother Nature really exceeded all expectations that evening! We started out nice and simple out in the desert while the sun was still a bit high in the sky because we had another spot to drive to. It was such a beautiful day and we danced and laughed and had sooo much fun!!

After dancing in the desert (and admittedly running into way too many cacti, oops), we headed down the road for something special... The event planner, Simple Means Events, had set up the CUTEST picnic for Mercy and Isaac. There were blankets, pillows, a charcuterie board, champagne, literally all the goodies and a beautiful backdrop of the red rocks behind it! I honestly can't even believe how cute these photos are.

But it didn't end there! They enjoyed their picnic and then we were BLESSED with the most beautiful pink and purple sunset. We took tons more photos and even got some super fun silhouette photos with the little silver of a moon in the sky! It was such a perfect day for these two and I'm so grateful to have been a part of this amazing day!
